Yes, More: A Fun & Playful Workshop for Couples to Explore Desire, Connection, & Pleasure!

Ready to spark up your relationship in a fresh and exciting way?

Join us for Yes, More, a lively and interactive workshop where you and your partner can retreat into deep connection, explore desires, and playfully expand your sense of intimacy. This isn’t your average couples’ event – it’s a chance to break free from the everyday, have fun, and connect on a deeper level, all while moving, laughing, and exploring together in a relaxed, welcoming space.

Set in the cozy, candlelit vibes of Hyde Park, you’ll be guided through simple, body-centered exercises, partner games, and discussions that are designed to make you feel good, get out of your head, and into your bodies.

The Agenda

  1. Welcome & Warm-Up Vibes
We’ll kick things off with a fun icebreaker to get everyone relaxed and ready to connect. No pressure – just a light way to ease into the evening with some laughs and good energy.

  2. Body + Partner Connection
Time to tune into your bodies and your partner with easy, playful exercises designed to build connection and spark a little flirtation. Get ready to move, laugh, and explore new ways to engage physically.

  3. Desire + Sex Health Exploration
Let’s talk about the things that make you feel alive. We’ll guide you through creative exercises to explore your desires and learn how to communicate them with your partner, all with sex health at the center in a supportive space. All sex includes risk — the reason is pleasure.

  4. Pleasure Practice
Now it’s time to focus on what feels good! We’ll give you and your partner time to explore how you will ignite one another’s passions, and expand your pleasure in ways that feel authentic to you as a couple. Expect playful activities that leave you feeling more connected than ever.

  5. Chill & Chat
Wind down with a casual group discussion where you can share your thoughts, ask questions, and connect with other couples in a relaxed, no-pressure setting. Plus, enjoy some snacks and drinks to keep the good vibes going!

***Plenty of breaks, bites, drinks and snacks available throughout***

Credentials.

Melanie is a 200hr RYT Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher certified by The Yoga Therapy Institute in 2024.

Her classes are designed to be trauma-sensitive, recognizing that trauma can often manifest physically long after an initial traumatic event. She incorporates key trauma-informed principles, such as safety, presence, and choice, into her teaching methodology.

Melanie loves to lead foundational hatha yoga classes that emphasize simplicity, repetition, ease of movement, and personal choice. Each class typically includes:

  • Pranayama (breathwork): Cultivating calm and creating space within the body.

  • Asana (yoga postures): Gentle, safe movement into and out of poses that build strength and flexibility.

  • Dharana/Dhyana (meditation): Practices to enhance mindfulness and inner awareness.

Melanie's teaching style encourages introspection and body awareness, guiding students to listen to their bodies' signals and sensations, allowing yoga to rejuvenate and restore their energy.
